Swim Therapy Coaching Videos

SwimTherapy ran the very successful "Starts and Turns Clinic" that was held at Central Park in the summer. They have now begun to post high quality video clips with full voiceover on "You Tube".

The first to be released is ‘FRONTCRAWL CATCH’.

We have set up a video section here which will have links to each clip. Swim Therapy intend to release around 60 videos in total over the next few months..
